Who is responsible?
WIDE Rehab Evidence Ltd is responsible for information handled through this website. Contact: nicholas@movewide.co.uk.
What happens when you Try WIDE?
The current Try WIDE demonstration plays pre-recorded WIDE movement videos and responds to buttons you choose. It does not switch on your camera or microphone, upload movement, create a clinical record or send your answers to WIDE.
If you choose to keep a WIDE Card, the Card is assembled in your browser and downloaded to your device. The response you selected is not transmitted to WIDE by this website.
Cookies and analytics
This release does not use analytics, advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Essential hosting technologies, security measures and server logs may still be used by the web host to deliver and protect the site. A consent mechanism will be added before any non-essential tracking technology is introduced.
If you contact WIDE by email
Your email address and message will be used to respond to your enquiry and manage appropriate follow-up. Please do not send full medical records, photographs or identifiable patient information by ordinary email unless a secure process has been agreed.
Public enquiries are normally retained only as long as needed to respond and manage follow-up, and no longer than 12 months unless a clinical or contractual relationship begins or another legal reason requires longer retention.
Sharing and your rights
WIDE does not sell enquiry information. Information may be handled by service providers needed for website hosting or email delivery, subject to appropriate data-protection arrangements, and otherwise shared only where required by law or with your agreement.
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information WIDE holds about you, or object to its use, by emailing WIDE. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
