What happens after the Pilates session ends?
The session may finish, but the movement story may not.
The class ends. The teacher stops watching. The client goes home.
But the movement story may still be unfolding. Fatigue may build. Confidence may change. Pain or uncertainty may appear later. The next movement may feel clearer, more guarded, more available or more costly.
The exercise may be finished. The movement story may not be.
This is why MoveWide is interested in what movement leaves behind: return, settling, recovery, confidence and the next choice.
For Pilates teachers, this creates a useful question: not only what happened in the session, but what helps the client stay connected with movement afterwards?
